The lodge was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the location was secluded and offered privacy, which was a definite plus. the hot tub was clean and relaxing, making it a great feature to enjoy after a day of exploring the nearby town.
It would have been more convenient to have these facilities within easy reach, without having to drive to access them. the layout of the hot tub area could have been improved to prevent the entire cabin from getting wet when going back inside and to minimize the entry of insects and leaves into the tub.

During our recent stay at Goldcrest 1, we were blown away by the spaciousness of the lodge and its ideal location. The showers were excellent, and we loved having a dining table big enough for our family. The twin beds were comfortable, although the double bed could have been of better quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub, which was private and incredibly relaxing. The lodge itself was immaculate, warm, and cozy, with everything we needed for a self-catering vacation. We also appreciated the help we received when we woke up to a flat tire on our car. The staff went above and beyond to fix it, and we couldn't thank them enough. The surrounding area was beautiful and secluded, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. our stay at Goldcrest 1 exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return in the future.

The lodge was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the location offered seclusion and privacy, nestled among beautiful trees. the hot tub was a delightful addition, already heated upon arrival. the beds were comfortable and the showers were excellent. the lodge provided ample wardrobe space and two bathrooms, a major bonus for families. the kitchen, though limited in equipment, was suitable for self-catering needs. the lodge staff went above and beyond to help guests, as one individual fixed a flat tire at their own expense.
Onsite entertainment and a small shop would have been convenient.
